Open Data Book Club - Showcase Showdown!

On Thursday, October 27th, Toronto will hold its SIXTEENTH Open Data Book Club... an idea borrowed from Open Data Ottawa.

This concept is the same as a regular book club, but instead of discussing books, we discuss an Open Data Set from either the Municipal, Provincial, or Federal levels of government.

Over the course of the last 1.5 years, our members have created a number of amazing tools, visualizations, and platforms using Open Data sets from the City of Toronto, Province of Ontario, and Federal Government.

That is why this month we are looking back and honouring those members and giving them the opportunity to demo their tools and show how Open Data can be used to add value in our communities.
