David Deal has been focused in product branding, advertising and multi-channel marketing for agencies, technology manufacturers, retailers and CPG brands for over 20 years. "My early career as a UX designer and art director for award-winning software products enabled me to help shape the origins of today's internet and mobile services industries."

Deal quickly became known for creative branding, packaging and innovative marketing strategies for technology and consumer products. "My success led to the opening of my own branding and design agency, Deal Design Group. For over 10-years, my agency brought hundreds of products through concept development, into design and branding, and finally, the execution of omni-channel marketing and sales strategies. We worked with many Fortune 500 companies."

The Discussion. This series of hybrid events is perfect for budding entrepreneurs, experienced executive-mentors cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset, early stage investors, and students exploring innovative product design.

At each session, business founders serve as guest speakers sharing about their career, their firm's business model, as well as the successes and challenges in the product development process. Participants learn from the speakers’ experiences, discuss valuable insights, and connect with other entrepreneurs, students, faculty, and investors.
