EarthaPro is a small, family-run technology company co-founded by Peter Quan (head of technology) and Courtney Krstich (head of growth).

2025 Green Industry Pros Editor's Choice Award Winners

EathaPro launched in January 2025 with the goal of providing an intuitive and easy-to-integrate back-office management software specifically for small lawn care and landscaping businesses. The software helps these professionals manage jobs, customers, and finances all in one place, featuring tools for job costing, creating estimates, scheduling, and invoicing with payment links.

EarthaPro's core value proposition is simplicity, affordability, and rapid onboarding—designed to prevent small businesses from failing due to back-office complexity. Courtney & Peter emphasize that users can get accustomed to the software in about an hour.

Courtney Krstich is cofounder of EarthaPro, and an experienced lawn and garden industry insider. "We make straightforward software for small lawn care and landscaping companies that just want to stay organized, run their jobs cleanly, and get paid on time." Before EarthaPro, she spent years in the industry working with distributors, big box retailers, and local operators across the country. "I know the real, everyday challenges small crews face, and I’m building tools to make their work and lives easier."

Peter Quan is the technical co-founder and Head of Product & Technology. "I turn complex systems into tools that actually make sense for real people." With a background in full-stack development and cloud infrastructure, Peter leads product strategy and execution—from frontend UX to backend architecture. "I work directly with our customers to understand their workflows and translate those insights into features that save time, reduce chaos, and drive business success. Whether it’s building integrations with QuickBooks or designing intuitive job scheduling tools, I focus on solving real problems."
