6:35- Title: Using imposter syndrome to your advantage Kunal Kushwaha
You might have faced imposter syndrome in tech at some point in life. We are all familiar with imposter syndrome and how it can affect one's mental health and motivation. But believe it or not, there is a silver lining to it. Being an open source enthusiast, Kunal will share how contributing to open source helped him leverage imposter syndrome to his advantage. This talk will focus on using imposter syndrome to your advantage in three steps. First, understanding it from a different perspective; second, taking action; and third, measuring success. This approach will help you level up in your career, work more closely with your team, and bring a fresh new perspective to the topic.

07:05-7:25- Creating Open Source, Fast and Slow- Cheryl Hung and Alex Chircop
Using Daniel Khaneman's book "Open Source Contribution, Fast and Slow" as inspiration, Cheryl and Alex will share their thoughts on what makes open source work. From SIGs, to ecosystem, vendors, and end users, Alex and Cheryl's knowhow on what it takes to make open source thrive comes second to none. What goes on behind the scenes to make these ecosystems flourish? What mistakes should be avoided regardless of experience?
