Advanced OpenFlow/SDN tutorial for developers

Details

On June 4, June 11 and June 18, Deutsche Telekom Innovation Center (DT) will sponsor a series of hands-on tutorials on different OpenFlow controllers, including POX, OpenDayLight, and Ryu. The tutorial will be conducted by Dr. Srini Seetharaman.

The June 18th tutorial will start with a quick summary of the API for programming under the 3 controllers (POX, OpenDayLight, and Ryu), and then give the audience choice of 3 services/applications to build (e.g., load-balancing, NAT, flow tracker). Towards the end, we will walk you through the solutions using POX controller.

This is free series of tutorials sponsored by Deutsche Telekom Inc.

Requirements:

Please bring a laptop capable of running Virtual Machines (VM). We will provide a copy of the VM onsite.
