A small in-person breakfast for business owners and operators in Zürich to talk about what they are building, running, and figuring out right now.
We've talked about how to get customers, how to buy businesses (acquisition as a growth mechanism), deal with tough stakeholders, what a well oiled company can look like and in the age of AI how although things are moving quickly going back to the basics of finding and attacking your constraints brings disproportionately more value.
The idea is simple: coffee, breakfast, and high quality conversations with people who are building or running businesses here.
This is not a panel, not a pitch event, and not formal networking. No one is presenting. No one is selling from the front of the room. It is just a small group conversation around what people are actually working through right now.
We’ll keep the format simple:
- quick introductions
- what you are working on right now
- one shared question for the table
- then we go around and our share our experiences
The group is intentionally small so everyone can actually speak and get to know each other.
Everyone pays for their own coffee/breakfast.
