North Holland Learn Self-Defense Meetup Group

Hi everyone!
I recently moved to Opmeer from Singapore and am excited to bring my professional background to our local community. I served in the Singaporean government sector for 20 years, specializing in Close Quarter Combatives (CQC) and advanced self-defense tactics.
I am passionate about empowering others and have extensive experience teaching women, teenagers, and youth. My goal is to teach practical safety, situational awareness, and the confidence to handle real-world challenges.
Note: Anyone under the age of 18 attending an event must be accompanied by an adult and I am currently dedicated to learning Dutch, but for now, my sessions will be conducted in English. I look forward to meeting you and building a safer community together!
