Weekly Optimization and Risk-Adjusted Returns Meetup Group

I am seeking to form a meetup group for people interested in aspiring towards the best investment vehicle or mechanism possible, while performing optimal risk management possible.

My current quantitative finance group has been rated uniformly 5 stars on meetup, but I am not finding the right people.

The Group Goal is to network people together seeking optimization for the best business strategy possible.

This could include but would not be limited to portfolio construction, optimization, business planning, business networking, discussion of computer science, discussion of math, discussion of business, discussion of epistemology, machine learning, statistical techniques, combinatorial techniques, etc.
