Hello!

The recruiter is clear. 
He is looking for your strategy. Once he gets it from anyone stupid enough to give it to him for free
he will never get back to you.
That is all he needs.
I have been in the market for many years. I see this happening all the time.
They are either "hiring" someone with strategies or they are willing to teach you a "strategy" that does not work for a very high fee.
He should be kicked out of this board.
