Agenda
6:00 PM: Welcome
6:05 PM: Introductions
6:15 PM: Presentation 1: Scaling Agile at the Enterprise Using Jira Align
Presenter: Mark Cruth, Enterprise Solutions Architect at Atlassian. More and more, the case is being made for scaling agile at the enterprise. Jira Align, Atlassian’s enterprise agile planning platform, helps firms coordinate and plan at the program, portfolio and enterprise level. During this session, Mark Cruth, Atlassian Enterprise Solution Architect, will speak on the value of Jira Align and why it's the best tool to enable Enterprise Agility.
7:00 PM: Presentation 2: Cross-team Project Management for Jira
Presenter: Nicholas Ellis, Solutions Engineer at ALM Works. Jira software offers a lot of capabilities for individual teams, providing them the tools to efficiently manage their work with Kanban and Scrum boards. However, it can be a bit more complicated to keep things on track once you have multiple teams working together across a variety of Jira projects. How can you stay on top of things as you grow? In this session we'll talk about some of the challenges associated with managing complex projects, the things you need to consider when choosing the right Jira apps, and some of the successful approaches we've seen customers use.
7:30 PM: Open Discussion
Bring your questions and challenges with the tools in the Atlassian stack -- your fellow Atlassian Community Events members might just have an answer to your issue!
