Bring water, comfortable lightweight hiking shoes, sunscreen, hat, light jacket as appropriate. Hiking poles are helpful but not required.
Parking is limited at this location. You may want to park across the street in the shopping center for additional parking, then cross at the light to come back to the trail head. Plan to get there at 8:45 to allow time for parking and walking to the meeting place. We will promptly begin our hike at 9:00am. If it rains (unlikely), the hike is canceled, but the lunch is still on at 11:15am. We will have a group lunch at a Mexican restaurant called Cuca's Mexican Food across the street in the shopping center.
The hike is from 9:00am-11:00am. (please be arrive early)

This is our monthly informal, social meet-up lunch. We will be meeting at a new restaurant at the Broken Yolk Cafe at 3988 Barranca Pkwy in Irvine. We welcome new members and guests who are interested in finding out more about our group of fantastic, traveling women (50+)! We will be talking about our favorite topic of travel, our upcoming events/trips, and most of all getting to know each other. Each person orders their own lunch. Look for a group of ladies, wearing name tags on the patio. This event fills up quickly!
