August Congressional Communities Meeting with Congressman Rouda

This will be the August 2019 meeting of the Laguna Beach Congressional Community. We will be giving some background on the Congressional Communities model, followed by a 30 minute presentation on the issue of tariffs given by a Community member. After this presentation, we will introduce our Congressman, Harley Rouda, who will be giving us an update as to what he's working on in Washington D.C. and answer some audience questions.
