Mark Ameerali and Andrew Leese are the founders of Draftline Investments, a real estate investment company, and Sanctum Storage, a growing national self-storage brand with five locations. Sanctum Storage currently owns and operates five locations in Texas and Virginia.

They began investing in real estate separately during and after the Great Recession, initially flipping houses and gradually transitioning into multifamily investments. Both began transitioning into self-storage investments following the pandemic and formed a partnership in 2023, following an introduction by a mutual friend.
