Join me for a fun and flavorful class that just might make artichokes your new favorite food!
In this class, you’ll learn how to prepare artichokes the right way, paired with my signature mustard sauce that takes the flavor to the next level. Artichokes might seem intimidating at first, but once you know how to cook them properly, they become a true delight to eat. Plus, they’re packed with health benefits! Full of fiber, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, artichokes support heart health, digestion, and liver function.
Our online classes are interactive so you will be able to ask questions while we cook together. Each class is dedicated to 1 French recipe and our selection of easy-to-make dishes is based on quality and well-balanced fresh ingredients. You will learn some cooking techniques and tips while creating the most tasteful French Cuisine.
Once you RSVP, you will receive a message with payment instructions and the list of ingredients to prepare before our culinary Rendez-Vous! The invitation to access our Zoom class will be messaged the day of the class and cannot be shared.
