Class Fees:
• $10 – Residents
• $15 – Non-Residents

As a gift to the community on my birthday, I would love to celebrate by sharing with you the gift of peace. Please join me for a heartwarming gathering of Mantra Meditation Music for Peace. We’ll be surrounded by the gentle, ambient sounds of harmonium and guitar, flowing into guided japa meditation with mala beads and soft breathing practices supported by the calming resonance of peaceful mantras. The evening will blossom into joyful mantra music with light, heart-opening movement—an invitation to simply be, breathe, and uplift one another. Come unwind, renew, and nourish your body, mind, and spirit in a beautiful, supportive space. We’ll conclude with tea and light refreshments, allowing time to connect and share together. It would be a blessing to celebrate in your presence.
