Filling ruts and adding some drainage
CHSP personnel will drive tools into Bovinian trail head on south ridge

PLAN TO BIKE IN AND OUT
We will bring 5 gallon water cans prefilled with tap water for dry soil
Tool and safety training in advance
We will have tools courtesy of Orange County Mountain Bike Association
