Marine Stadium Park GENTLE Yoga W Chanda (Long Beach)

Not in Orange County, but a lovely park, overlooking the water. This is a gentle yoga class, perfect for beginners. There is the option to practice in the shade or the sun. Bring a mat, water and dress in layers.
We take class slowly, doing extra stretches and breathwork.
