6:15 - 7:15pm - Steve Muench - Returning to My Low-Code Roots: Tips from My First Six Months on the APEX Dev Team.
For 32 years, I've focused on helping and empowering Oracle customers to more easily build enterprise database applications. Over that time, I've worked as a tech support engineer, product manager, technical evangelist, developer, and product architect on Oracle Forms, Oracle Application Development Framework, Visual Builder, and others. Over the pandemic, I used APEX to build a personal productivity app and a donor tracking system for a local non-profit, and the joy of using it made me change my career path. In this presentation I'll explain and demo a number of tips I've learned from my colleagues during my first six months on the APEX dev team.
