Evening Disc Golf at Big Tree in LaPine

This week, let's explore the relatively new 9-hole course in LaPine State Park. Big Tree has plenty of natural challenges like an object course, but nice rubber tee pads and quality baskets. Distance aren't too bad. We will play all 9 holes twice in our usual non-competitive style, but note the unusual Wednesday tee time.

The course can be found on UDisk, but for those who would like to carpool, we will meet on the south side of the Bend Fred Meyer at 5:00 pm.

You will need a set of disks to participate. Big 5 Sporting Goods, Play It Again Sports and Gear Fix sell a disk golf starter set (driver, mid-range, putter) for $. I also have a full set that can borrowed until you get your own.

This is a recurring event on weekday evenings (usually Tuesdays) at different locations.
