Evening Disc Golf at Bushwood DGC

Let's get back out into the woods to play one of our favorite object courses. This is a super fun course with plenty of challenges for novice and experienced players. We will play the Back 10 in our usual non-competitive style, avoiding some of the treacherous terrain in the canyon.

To find the course, simply take Century Drive past the Seventh Mountain Resort and turn left on to USFS 41 toward the River Trail access. After just .3 miles, take the first left at the road to Lava Island Falls. Then go .2 miles and turn left again on the dirt power line road (before the Lava Island road becomes paved again). Follow the power line road straight to the end and park near the back of the clearing on the right side. If you don't think you can handle the potholes and ruts on the last road, park on the side and someone with AWD and a high-clearance vehicle will pick you up.

You will need a set of disks to participate. Dingerz, Gear Fix, Play It Again Sports and Big 5 Sporting Goods sell a disk golf starter set (driver, mid-range, putter) for about $19.99.
