# Welcome to the Full Day Intro to Heart of Now Workshop at the Beautiful Mandala Sanctuary!

Join us in-person for a life changing Heart of Now Event.
This event is open to those new to Heart of Now and those that have attended before.

Learn the philosophies and the skills behind one of the most transformative practices ever created. Heart of Now has been changing the lives of thousands of people over the last 15+ years and now you can learn these powerful techniques and apply them to your life and relationships!

Unfortunately, Covid has prevented us from meeting face to face for longer than we anticipated. The demand for these skills and the Heart of Now experience is higher than ever now that many people are finding themselves lonely and disconnected from their joy.

At this event, you’ll learn many skills such as:-Getting back in-tune with your body and heart. For many of us, our mind has become a nag in the background causing us anxiety and heartache. This constant worry keeps us reeling in our thoughts preventing us from fully living a life full of health and vitality.
-How to start redirecting your mind back into its place as a tool to help create the life you desire.

-To find clarity in confusing times by accessing your inner knowing.
-How to move through emotional upsets in healthy ways that allow you to move through the feelings and release them while gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and others.
-How to change situations that might normally “trigger” you into opportunities for learning and self growth.
-How the nervous system holds onto trauma causing blocks within us. You will learn how to start releasing these stored blocks so that you can be free to live more joyfully.
-To access what is authentically true deep with you.

Through the activities, you will get to have a real experience of communicating your feelings and needs deeply while being heard and accepted.
After you have completed this training and understand the basics, you can take other courses we will be offering as well as join one of our deep dive pods to further explore yourself and others in more meaningful ways.
For those of you familiar with Heart of Now, we will be doing diad exercises, platform and triads at this event!

We may need a few skilled assistants at this course. If you have been to many courses and trainings please contact Krysty if you are interested in assisting.

Date: Sunday, Feb 12, 2023
Time: 9:30 AM PST (arrive on time. We will end around 6:30 PM PST. You will bring a sack lunch to nourish yourself.
NOTICE: Doors will be LOCKED when we begin so please be on time and settled to start at 9:30 AM!
Location: Mandala Sanctuary in Eugene, Oregon. Address and directions provided after registration is received.
Price: $150- $250 sliding scale. Payment plans available for those that need one. Contact us to set one up.

We are a nonprofit and donations above the cost of the workshop will go to scholarships for those who can not afford to take this training but very much need it! Our scholarship fund is currently depleted. You may contribute above the cost of the workshop if you want to put scholarship funds into this event.

You will get an hour lunch break and a couple bathroom breaks. You will be bringing a sack lunch as you’ll want to stay onsite to be sure to be ready to start the afternoon session on time.
Invite others you know that might be drawn to this work. It’s always a gift to have those close to you learn these skills as well so you can practice in your immediate life. This will also give you an opportunity to deepen your connection.
