Signing up on Meetup does nothing. We need all sorts of waivers signed and therefore you need to sign up for this tour at our website. Note that you don't have to be a member to access the website and signup for a day tour.

Description
This is my new favorite tour of Hood. But it is not easy. This is an advanced tour. We’ve got to cover quite a few miles and gain lots of elevation (13 miles with 2,300ft of climbing). Most of the trail is remote and we’ll probably need to break trail. We will be out on the snow ALL day. But this tour is also special and has some of everything: skinning and the exciting ”bootup” section on Gumjuwac trail, wonderful skiing on the Gunsight ridge, great views, a few ”whoop-de-doos” crossing over snowdrifts and top it off with a nice decent into Pocket Creek. It is a grand adventure. To do this tour you need to be an advanced/intermediate skier and have at least kicker skins (I have a few pairs I can loan if necessary).
