OPSCC chat about OHA's Sept. RACs: SB303 /Technical Fixes /Training Programs

Join OPSCC to amplify your voice and concerns to the Oregon Health Authority: RAC#1 will discuss Technical Fixes to OPS Administrative Rules, RAC#2 will discuss rules related to the implementation of Senate Bill 303 that was passed in the 2023 Oregon Legislative Session, and RAC #3 will discuss rules related to Psilocybin Facilitator Training Programs and HECC Licensure.

OPSCC has representatives on RAC#1 & RAC#2 specifically representing OPSCC, and another OPSCC member is on RAC#3 as well!

As the grassroots advocacy organization around Oregon's Psilocybin Services Act, we want to hear your concerns related to all three Rules Advisory Committees, so we may bring that feedback to OHA amplifying your voice!

Join us Sept. 11th 5-7pm, for our first public input meeting on these RACs.
