ORSCI Web Series #1 - Understand New Legislation and Navigating Tax Changes

ORSCI is pleased to offer a new concept designed around keeping investors up to date on current commercial real estate events during these trying times. Every other week, we will have industry professionals come and educate us on what is happening in the market in regards to the economy, legislation, property management, and investment strategies.

The first meetings of the new Web series will be devoted to us getting our bearings, meaning understanding where we are at in the market, what recent changes have occurred, and what changes may be coming in the future.

Later on, we will focus on what to do next. We will eventually try to understand what strategies to implement to keep your portfolio moving forward, property management pitfalls and strategies, debt restructuring, and looking ahead at market fundamentals.

We know these are trying times for investors and pledge to keep our members up to date with relevant and timely information. Together we can get through this stronger and wiser!
