But it's not about finding and keeping Excalibur or The Grail, it's about finding them and selling it to the highest bidder.

The Incantation Acquisition:
Your group receives a tip that a research team has been working on a variety of occult experiments under the guise of producing new forms of energy. These incantations are sure to bring you a small fortune on the black market. The researchers also supposedly have an incredible collection of arcane lore books, which makes the job even more attractive.
## The Problem?
The government's paranormal ops team, Division 7, is planning to raid the facility "soon," so you need to get in while the getting's good.

Survival hinges on cunning and creativity, as the game favors tense dungeon crawls and high-stakes heists over straightforward combat. Where violence is often lethal and best avoided. The core system revolves around resolving risky actions with dice rolls tied to Attributes and Skills, while a distinctive Flesh-and-Grit mechanic governs damage, with severe injuries resulting in lasting, often gruesome consequences known as Horrible Wounds.
