In this Deep-Dive Workshop, you will learn how to map a real organization by studying its design to discover systemic improvements. This session will be hosted by Roland Flemm, creator of the method.

This event is a great opportunity to learn how Org Topologies™ is trying to end the era of framework thinking. Not by bashing existing frameworks, but by introducing a systemic approach to understand and validate organizational design for product development. This allows you as a consultant or coach to rejuvenate your customer's scaling framework by injecting it with characteristics of the higher archetypes.

We will have pizza, do some networking, explain the method (Org Topologies™), and run a workshop where we will analyze one or more org designs of the attendees.
