Program Board and Program Kanban Board – What to do? How to use?

We have had a nice, long and energizing summer holiday, and we really look forward to our next meetup.

Inspired by the great input that we always get from you guys on our SAFe CoPs, we have picked the Program Board and Program Kanban Board as subject for the meetup.

Our goal for the meetup is to dig into the practical details of how and when to use a Program Board and a Program Kanban Board. As usual, we will investigate and share real-life experiences and solutions from our daily work, so prepare to inspire and be inspired from the other participants.

The session will be great, if you are involved in feature refinement in any form – especially if you are a Product Owner or Product Manager.

We will meet face-to-face, so prepare for lots of facilitation and great human interaction. You might even encounter one or two Liberating Structures.

And it will be in Copenhagen, so you will have to call your local travel agent, if you want to attend from abroad. Sorry to all of you, who reside outside of Denmark.
