Kickstart your day with Morning Magic, a 45-minute virtual group coaching session designed to bring mindfulness, clarity, and calm to your mornings. This guided experience helps you create a powerful, intentional start to your day, setting the tone for continued positivity and harmony.
Each session incorporates a blend of activities, including:
- Guided meditation for mental clarity and relaxation
- Journaling to reflect and set daily intentions
- Affirmations to boost confidence and positivity
- Silence to ground yourself in the present moment
- EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to release stress
- Breathwork to calm your mind and energize your body
What to bring:
- Pen or pencil and paper for journaling
- Water bottle for hydration
Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your morning practice, Morning Magic offers a welcoming space to experiment with different elements of mindfulness while recharging and focusing on what truly matters.

Optimal Results:
Before our meeting begins, participants are encouraged to freshen up and dress comfortably. Afterwards, it is suggested members continue by exercising gently for at least 5 minutes before continuing with their day.
