Meetup.com Organizers Crash Course! Settings, Tips & Tricks, and more..

This is the event of the year, everyone will be talking about.

This is unlike any event we have had in the past. If you don't walk away with at least 7 new ideas or things you didn't know I will be surprised!

Regardless if you are a New Organizer or have been with Meetup for years? This WORKSHOP will provide the tools needed for planning, building, promoting, and attending a Meetup. This knowledge is the foundation of building and managing your group.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

1. Everyone will be grouped into teams of 5-10
2. Before each stage, the instructor will review the settings/options and some insight on how and when to use them.
3. At each stage, the group will work on an aspect of building a new Meetup site
4. We'll have time to network and hear from others on how they implement these settings in their Meetup Group
5. Lastly each team will have to present their new Meetup Group and 2 upcoming events for it.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN?

• Things to conciser when setting up a group or that you may want to change to an existing group
• Explanation of items under the Groups settings
• Tips and Tricks for making your group more attractive and engaging for your members
• Helping with those challenging decisions of charging members
• Ideas for non-specific events that any group can do.

We will provide everything you need to take notes and build your Meetup

We can only extend this class to 50 people, so please RSVP. There is a $5 charge to help manage these types of events going forward.
