Introduction to Competitive Outrigger Canoe

Welcome to the Chaos (Kaos)! We are an outrigger canoe team that practices on Mountain Island Lake and races ocean and flatwater venues. At 45' long, these Polynesian canoes are very stable and meant for long distances and riding waves.

Requirements: Comfortable swimming, older than 16 and previous paddle experience (e.g. Surfski, SUP, Outrigger Canoe, Canoe, Kayak, Rowing). Waiver must be filled out before participation: https://form.jotform.com/Prmwaivers/organized-chaos-waiver

Clothes/equipment: water shoes or no shoes; dri fit or swimwear, water, sunglasses/sunscreen

Provided: Canoe, paddles and PFDs
