Meetup 101: Learn/Review the Technical Basics

"Did I set up my Meetup group correctly?"
"Am I missing anything?"
"How do I do, x, y, z?"
TONIGHT, these questions WILL BE ANSWERED!!!

BRING YOUR LAPTOPS, as this is a hands on workshop!
(tablets and phones will work too, just not as smoothly)
Also, you're highly encouraged to bring paper/pen to take notes.

We will go step-by-step through the following:

1. GROUP SETUP (making sure you've completed everything fully/ creating a checklist for future groups you may lead)
2. CREATING AN EVENT
3. THINGS TO DO AFTER AN EVENT
4. MANAGING ONGOING SETTINGS/ACTIVITIES (members, discussion boards, email communications, etc.)

This meeting will be much more "classroom" style, and less conversation style as all our previous meetings have been. This is only because there is A LOT of information to cover. There will definitely be time for questions, conversations, and networking at the end!
"Class" will begin at 6:15 sharp!
