Orienteering at Camp Ernst, Burlington KY
Details
Camp Ernst is a YMCA camp, so it's not normally open to the public. This is a great opportunity to check it out!
In orienteering, participants get a detailed map and use it to locate a series of "control points;" it's like a treasure hunt. Suitable for all ages! There will be SIX different courses of varying difficulty and length, so there's one that's perfect for everybody. Free instruction for beginners, and if you want to try using a compass, we'll loan you that for free, too.
You can start orienteering anytime between 11 am to 1 pm; rain or shine! Dogs are not allowed.
Preregistration is recommended. Registration closes at 9 pm. on Friday, Nov 6. Link to registration form is:
