Thursday Night Run from The Triple Knock

Join us this Thursday for another lovely 3-ish mile run starting from The Triple Knock on 6th Ave. All paces, speeds, and abilities are welcome, and pinball is available afterward for anyone with a taste for high scores.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so we're encouraging everyone to wear something pink to this one. A shirt, socks, a headband, a questionable tutu, all fair game.

It's now that time of year where we have to think about proper illumination and outerwear. Grab your running lights before leaving home. Safety first: the cars aren't expecting you, so make sure you're visible!
