ORIX Dubai Running and Rehabilitation Community
This group is created for people in Dubai who want to improve their fitness, mobility, and overall physical performance in a supportive and structured environment.
Our sessions focus on safe and effective training that combines running, strength development, and mobility work.
The community welcomes runners of all levels — from beginners to experienced athletes — as well as individuals who want to improve movement quality, prevent injuries, or return to exercise after physical discomfort.
We also provide guidance for people experiencing common issues such as lower back pain, knee discomfort, or shoulder limitations through corrective and rehabilitation-focused exercises.
Activities may include:
• Community running sessions
• Mobility and movement training
• Strength and conditioning workouts
• Rehabilitation-focused exercise guidance
Sessions are usually organized in outdoor locations around Dubai such as Kite Beach and Dubai Marina.
The goal of this community is simple:
