Orlando Artificial Intelligence Meetup: Robots in Nature

This is an all-inclusive event. All are welcome 🙂

Artificial Intelligence: This term has been thrown around a lot these days. But nobody can gauge its full impact: AI now paints pictures, create poems, sings love songs, and many other things. AI has seen whatever data humans have ever created and more. Will AI eat our jobs? What will give meaning to our lives? How do we make good use of it? Will our future generations thank us or hate us for this technology we have unleashed upon them? How do we remain grounded in these times? How do we catch up when the world seems to be moving so fast and leave us behind? We ask around, but everyone seems to be in confusion.

Does AI really need to be a cold-unfeeling machine? Or can it be whatever we would like it to be? Perhaps a loving companion? Or perhaps something we can just vent our frustrations at? Something that drives away our loneliness? Something that knows our deepest, darkest desires even though we don't know it? Something that doesn't compete with us but collaborate with us?

These questions send chills up our spine. We shiver in the cold. But, worry not, for we continue on towards the second chapter of our Orlando Artificial Intelligence Meetup.

The setting this time is comfortable warm outdoors of Lake Eola in Downtown Orlando. This event is all-inclusive. Everyone is welcome. There are no foolish questions. There are no foolish answers. For what once seemed foolish, is now a reality. Machines can finally think. Whether you are a beginner, a seasoned practitioner, or a PhD student who publishes, the question still remains: What does AI mean to us?

Please, come join us in this event as we navigate this time of uncertainty together. Alone, we shall remain confused. Collectively, the opinions of multiple people shall help us reach a consensus.
