SOUND HEALING MEDITATION - SPRING EQUINOX

On the Spring Equinox day and night reach equal length. Metaphysically, this perfect balance symbolizes the "Zero Point"—a state of neutrality from which all creation begins.

• Significance: It represents the resurrection of consciousness. After the dormancy of winter, vital energy rises. It is the time for the "spiritual planting" of seeds—setting intentions that you wish to manifest in the physical world. It is the impulse of life overcoming inertia.
• Realign, renew, and plant the seeds of what you wish to manifest.
