As nature awakens from winter, we gather to reset, renew, and plant intentions for the season ahead through guided meditation, sound healing, and deep relaxation. It’s a beautiful space to breathe, release, and reconnect with your inner peace.

Bring a yoga mat and small blanket if you have one (some mats available). Chairs will also be available if you prefer to sit.
