Lean Beer DevOps - Boxi Park in Lake Nona

Come prepared with some ideas or just listen in. Lean Coffee is a quick Kanban style of organizing technical discussions for 10-15 people across many topics. We'll start discussing and voting on the topics by 7:15 and go until we run out (or we're past closing time).

All are welcome, whether you're currently working full-time in DevOps or are just passively curious.

Boxi Park has several food and beverage stalls to choose from.

Due to popular demand, this Lean Beer might turn into a Openspace activity. If you are not familiar with that format, it is a very popular activity at DevOpsDays events. (https://www.agilealliance.org/glossary/open-space/). It is still an agenda-less event. This still requires that our community brings some topics that you want to talk about! We will pick at least 6 topics - maybe 9 based on attendance - to break up and have as discussion topics for 25 minutes each. Here is what our schedule is going to look like:

7:00 - Gathering ( Feel free to be early to grab food, beer, etc.) Put your topics on Post Its.
7:05 - Official Welcoming Notes and instructions for Openspaces.
7:10 - Round the Room Introductions (30 seconds, name, role and company if want, what are you drinking?)
7:15 - Presentation of Topics
7:20 - Topic Voting by placing dot / marker / whatnot on the topics you are interested in
7:25 - Votes are tallied and top ones are assigned a table / area
7:30 - 7:55 - Session One (2 - 3 topics) (25 Minutes)
8:00 - 8:25 - Session Two (2 - 3 topics) (25 Minutes)
8:30 - 8:55 - Session Three (2 - 3 topics) (25 Minutes)
8:55 - Wrap up / Survey Link
9:00 - You don't have to go home, but please drive safely!!

Feel free to arrive at any time! One of the benefits of this format is that you can come and go as you please!
