Finding Your Frog Meditation with Puja Madan

On the fourth Wednesday of each month, Puja Madan leads a different meditation at Center Street - A Place For The Heart in Altamonte Springs. Info on the meditation can be found at this link https://centerstreet.community/event/finding-your-frog-february/

The meditation costs $20. I will cover costs for first 4 people who sign up in my donation.

There is parking just past and to the right of the driveway.

There are typically only around 6 or so people at these meditations and they are awesome.

I will be wearing my Iowa Hawkeye hat and will meet people near the entrance. Event starts at 7, but please arrive a little early. Center Street provides cushions and blankets for the meditation.

Puja was born and raised in India and spent a decade working at tech startups while traveling all over India and Asia to learn different meditation techniques and spiritual philosophies. She is passionate about sharing Eastern wisdom and practices to cultivate inner peace and well-being, especially in our busy lives.
