The 2024 Winter Session of Mindfulness Meditation is held every week on Tuesday at 7:00 pm eastern time.

Welcome to the weekly Mindfulness Meditation Group. 🧘🏻
We start promptly at 7 pm EST and end after 30 minutes.
This is designed to be a guided meditation, typically there are 2-3 short meditations with teaching about the topic.
You don't need to know anything about meditation to participate.
Grab a blanket, a comfortable chair, a notebook, and a warm beverage. 🍵
