Total Health Guidance is a holistic outpatient wellness center located in Orlando, FL. We offer a full range of services—including mental health counseling, nutritional support, financial coaching, and more—under one roof.
Our team of professionals provides care that supports the whole person: emotionally, physically, spiritually, and financially. We also offer support groups (such as Men's and Women's Groups), and workshops for personal growth and healing.
