Simple jog and workout along the path's fitness stations, weather permitting. Exercises are PT/boot camp style reps of lunges, pushups, crunches, burpees, planks, leg lifts, ect. Before the run, we'll meet to stretch for for ten minutes at the first fitness station next to the picnic table.
