What we’re about
Join us for our Inner Child Alchemy Meetup, where joy and movement come alive in nature! Participants start off by dancing, simple body workouts, and stretching, which helps you get out of your head & into your body.
We then move onto meditation, some group reiki healing & a fun affirmation game to integrate it all together!
