HYBRID EVENT: Business Ethics 2022

StoicDan will present "Business Ethics 2022" to business leaders and entrepreneurs at the UCF Business Incubator on Wednesday 9-21-2022 at 11AM Eastern. The room has seats for 24 people, plus this event will also be available on Zoom (up to 100 people). So, this is a hybrid event. The event will start promptly at 11AM, so please be on time.

Description

Long before Yelp, the school of Stoicism (started 300 BC) taught a system of ethics to help us practice virtue, build character, and live in harmony with other human beings. Practicing Stoicism today in business is popular with entrepreneurs. Why? StoicDan will introduce you to tools that improve leadership, motivate employees, overcome obstacles with resilience, and to have a sense of flourishing (deep happiness in life). In this one-time class, StoicDan will also apply ethics to product branding, social media use, and creating a sustainable business model.

StoicDan's bio:

StoicDan is a teacher and public speaker on Stoicism. His largest group is the Orlando Stoics (7 years, 840+ events, 1960+ members). Curriculum is based on Stoicism, history, psychology, plus Humanism, Buddhism, Taoism, Existentialism, and American Transcendentalism. He has spoken at 5 international conferences and has a YouTube channel with 200+ videos on philosophy.
