Special Event: Summit on Religious Freedom (Civil Discourse)

This is a special event on civil discourse and common ground issues.

Our friends at CFFC organize this event once a year and bring in great speakers. It just happens to occur this year at the same time as our Monday night program at Orlando Stoics. So, our usual Monday meeting will return next week.

This event's description:

We are a nation of people with diverse cultures, backgrounds, and beliefs. How can we live harmoniously when we see the world differently? The philosophy of covenantal pluralism entails the responsibility to engage, respect, and protect one another, without necessarily regarding one another’s beliefs or behaviors as equally true or right. It’s the way forward in bringing diverse groups of people together to create collaborative solutions to society’s challenges. In interactive small groups, learn and practice the principles of covenantal pluralism with internationally renown expert, Dr. Chris Seiple.
