Free Coached swim and run workout - all levels

We are starting Run and Swim workouts again. Come for either or both.
This week is Tuesday night at Celebration.
Swim 6:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m., then run at 7:00 with the Celebration running group
Here is the scoop:
6:00 p.m. Warmup, tips for beginners, etc. We'll do stroke technique and drills for 20 minutes and then swim interval sets. All levels welcome.
7:00 p.m. Run with the Celebration running group
Please note: The lap pool is private access so you must RSVP to get into the pool. You may not just show up for the swim.
