πŸ“… Dec 9 - 10, Kick off 7 PM EST

πŸ“Œ Ever wondered how we can use cutting-edge tech to tackle real-world challenges? That's what the Holographic AR Sustainability Hackathon is all about. We're blending Integem's holographic augmented reality technology with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to promote holographic AR games that raise awareness about the 17 SDGs. The Hackathon kicks off on December 9th at 7 PM EST and runs through December 10th until 7 PM EST.

We'll be posting a comprehensive video guide soon to assist beginners in crafting their very own holographic AR games and ensuring seamless submissions to creator.integem.com as well as to itch.

# Prizes:

πŸ₯‡ First Prize: $100 Amazon Gift Card + $100 Integem Gift Certificate
πŸ₯ˆ Second Prize: $50 Amazon Gift Card + $50 Integem Gift Certificate
πŸ₯‰ Third Prize: $25 Amazon Gift Card + $25 Integem Gift Certificate

# Rules:

Eligibility: The game jam is open to individuals or teams, with a maximum team size of four. Participants can unofficially be in multiple teams, but cannot win prizes more than once per jam.
Theme: Participants must choose one of the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as the central theme for their holographic AR game.
Duration: The game jam will have a predefined time frame from December 9th, 3 AM EST to December 10th 3 AM EST, and no progress can be made before or after this period of the game jam.
Project Submission: All game submissions must include a playable AR Game uploaded to creator.integem.com and the itch with a brief description of the game's concept, and a connection to the chosen SDG.
Ethical Guidelines: Participants must create games that respect ethical standards and do not promote hate, discrimination, or harm.
Judging Criteria: Games will be judged based on their creativity, relevance to the chosen SDG, gameplay, user experience, and overall impact.
Participants who do not adhere to the rules above may have their submission canceled, or even banned from all future hackathons hosted by the Integem.
