Origination of Film History

Come join fellow film enthusiasts as we begin a journey through the history of cinema. We will focus on the origins of cinema as we look at some of the earliest devices that led up to what film is today. We will explore the impact of technological developments on film production, and evaluate the importance of genre and the legacy of individuals. Develop a historical appreciation of film as we watch some of the earliest films ever made and discuss what impact they had.

We will leave time at the end of the meetup for networking with your fellow industry peers.
