Free Yoga All levels Winter Park

Join us for a free, all-levels yoga class at Lake Highland Park! We'll practice gentle movement and mindful breathing amidst the serene views of the lake. This is the perfect opportunity to stretch, relax, and connect with nature. All are welcome, from beginners to experienced yogis.
