The event runs 5-9pm and features dozens of motel rooms that have been converted to artists' studios. The event is family friendly and has food trucks. One room features a band that plays 8-9pm. There are some outstanding artists and pieces at this event! I stay at the central area for 15 minutes in order to meet people before exploring the rooms (but you should feel free to arrive any time 5-9pm that you want to explore the galleries).
